We have been trading in leased premises since 1991, producing semi-finished plastic products, rods, tubes, plates, cuttings. We have been using plastics such as; ZEDEX (ZX-100, ZX-324, ZX-410, ZX-530 etc), Polyamide (PA6G, PA6, PA6.6, PA12 etc), Polyoxymethylene (POM-C, POM-H, POM-ELS, POMGF25 etc ), Polyethylene (PE-55, PE-HD, PEUHMW), Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET, PETP), Polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon, PTFE), PTFEGF30, Polyether ether ketone (PEEK, PEEK, GF30 etc), Plexi (PMMA), Polycarbonate PC, Textile Pellets (PF, CC etc), Fiberglass sheet (EP, GC etc), Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF etc).
Since 1994, we have been providing our customers with real estate.
In 1998, we established our first production capacity in Újpest, and our own production of plastic parts started
In 2001, we opened a commercial branch in Balassagyarmat.
In 2004, the Attila Street site in Budapest was restructured for demand for CNC machining and storage.
The new site was purchased in 2008 which underwent a complete reconstruction.
In 2010 we have a more efficient operation in Budapest:
Baross u.46, 1047 Budapest.
Since 2006 we have been exhibiting at foreign fairs.
Present
We have 15 CNC machines at our new site. We have various machines and drawings and technical drawings. We use Solid Edge CAM machining software for our machining purposes. CAD-CAM systems and their CNC technology are required for their machining. The commitment of the dead and shortens the commitment deadlines. Thanks to our CAD-CAM software for high-precision (HSHP) CNC machines, we can produce our products.
Since 2011 we also have our 3D measuring machine. Our Optical Measuring Machine helps you to achieve a higher level of quality and accuracy.
